  • An active MGTC e-mail account—since it is our primary form of communication.
  • Access to an off-campus computer—If you experience problems with your computer at home, you can use a computer on-campus to do your work. However, the majority of course work should be completed on a remote computer.
  • An Internet Service Provider—an ISP is a company that can provide you with the software necessary for accessing the Internet. Contact your local ISP to set up a personal account. Without an ISP, it is impossible to take MGTC online courses. Students have reported numerous problems when using AOL to access online courses.
  • Do not use the AOL browser. Only the latest version of Internet Explorer (IE7) and Firefox (FF3) are supported.
