Human Resources (HR) at Middle Georgia Technical College (MGTC) strives to provide seamless service to the faculty and staff on several HR related topics. By doing so, we help the College achieve its purpose in providing comprehensive educational programs designed to enhance the ability of our students to participate in Georgia’s development. To accomplish this purpose, HR leads the College’s recruiting programs and works in tandem with various divisions during the hiring process to attract dynamic individuals that can meet the needs of such an extraordinary academic institution.
