This announcement comes after the accrediting body's Board of Trustees meeting in June. This action was taken based on the College's on-site visit in October 2009 with a team of educators and administrators from across the Southeast.Read More

She has successfully completed the two-day CLA/CP examination and is now entitled to use of the "CLA" or "CP" professional credential. Rizer is among 205 paralegals in the State of Georgia and 16,015 paralegals nationwide who have attained this goal. She is also the second MGTC graduate to achieve this benchmark.Read More

It's a small twin-engine plane that the U.S. Air Force started flying around the country over 48 years ago. No one knows why it's called a Blue Canoe, other than the blue and white paint job, but it doesn't matter much to the group of Aircraft Maintenance Technology repair students who are getting hands-on experience for a future job.Read More

At the culmination of the three-year reaffirmation process, the visiting committee from the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (COC/SACS), in an almost unheard announcement, stated that MGTC received no recommendations on either the Compliance Certification or the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP).Read More
