Tommy Stalnaker Recognized as Certified Director at Middle Georgia Technical College
Warner Robins - Tommy Stalnaker of Warner Robins, a member of the Board of Directors at Middle Georgia Technical College in Warner Robins, has received recognition as a certified board member from the Technical College Directors Association (TCDA) of Georgia.
Dr. Ivan Allen, president of Middle Georgia Tech, presented Stalnaker with a certificate of recognition at the October Board of Directors meeting. Stalnaker is the Director of Operations for Houston County.
In order to receive this certification, board members must attend training sessions and workshops focused on strengthening their ability to serve as a technical college director.
Members of the local Board of Directors of all technical colleges in Georgia are automatically members of TCDA and participate in its programs. TCDA was formed in 1990 as an educational non-profit organization. The mission of TCDA is to build the capability of the technical colleges' boards of directors to effectively increase the value of technical and adult education in Georgia.

Dr. Ivan Allen presents Tommy Stalnaker with a certificate recognizing him as a certified member of the MGTC Board of Directors.
