Dr. Dennis Kozakoff Joins MGTC Electronics Advisory Board

Warner Robins - Dr. Dennis J. Kozakoff has recently joined the Middle Georgia Technical College (MGTC) Electronics Technology Program Advisory Board. Jeff Hoffman, MGTC Electronics Technology program chair, introduced Dr. Kozakoff at the group’s recent meeting in June.

Dr. Kozakoff is the president/CEO and founder of Millimeter Wave Technology, located in Marietta. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has published over 100 papers and technical reports, and holds several patents in the field of radomes and antennas. He is also the author of Analysis of Radome-Enclosed Antennas.

"We are excited to have Dr. Kozakoff join our advisory committee," said Hoffman. "His expertise and experience in the Electronics field will be an asset to our program and our College."

The Electronics Advisory committee is made of up of members of business and industry who have a direct interest in the Electronics field. Advisory members make and review recommendations for changes in the program and curriculum. They also serve to advise program instructors of changes in the industry.

The Electronics Program at Middle Georgia Technical College is one of the largest programs with an enrollment of over 200 students. Additionally, students in the Electronics program can earn the chance to participate in a cooperative education program with Robins Air Force Base. The Electronics program offers both day and evening classes in diploma and associate degree programs.
