MGTC Student Awarded for Perfect Attendance, GPA

Warner Robins - Lauren Reilly of Bonaire was recently recognized as an outstanding student at Middle Georgia Technical College for having a perfect GPA and perfect attendance. The faculty members of the Business Administrative Technology (BAT) department presented her with a plaque and flowers for being a Most Distinguished student.

Reilly, who marched with honors in the recent MGTC graduation ceremony, has maintained a 4.0 grade point average and a perfect attendance record during her entire tenure at MGTC.

"This is a very rare accomplishment," said Michele Boone, program chair for the Business Administrative Technology department. "Lauren is a hardworking and very dependable student. She will be very successful in her career."

While at MGTC, Reilly was inducted into the National Technical Honor Society and received scholarships from the MGTC Foundation.

Instructors participating in the special presentation to Reilly included Michele Boone, Vicky Halbert, Carol Kuhn, and Carol Woolfork. Business Division Chair Lynn Whiddon, and Dean Julia Nell Shaw were also present.
