Library
The Library provides a variety of resources to support the needs of the students, faculty and staff of Middle Georgia Technical College. It gives students an accessible, well-balanced collection of materials in a variety of formats.
The Library supports all areas of instruction offered by MGTC and provides both print and non-print media resources (books, periodicals, videotapes, audiovisuals, computer access, etc.) and provides access via GALILEO (Georgia Library Learning Online) as well as to other electronic databases.
The staff provides both formal and informal instruction in the use of library resources and promotes learning skills and attitudes that are essential to lifelong learning.
The regular hours of operation are 7:30 a.m until 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Friday. Intersession library hours are 7:45 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:45 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
